An 8-Week Deep Energy Healing, Reset, and Cleanse

 

Welcome to ALIGNMENT WITHIN, an immersive and transformative experience designed to take you deeper on your healing journey to help you to bring Alignment Within yourself, your life and to align with your desires. This is for anyone who is ready to dive deeper within their healing & journey. Over the course of eight weeks, we will focus on releasing old patterns, limiting beliefs, outdated programs, unresolved trauma, and energetic blocks that no longer serve you. This journey is an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and align fully with your soul’s purpose.

Each week, we will focus on one chakra, allowing for profound cleansing, realignment, and activation of your energy centers:

  • Week 1: Root Chakra – Establish a strong foundation of safety, grounding, and stability. Release fears and embrace a sense of security in your life. We will look at the areas of your life, where fear or instability have been present so that you can release this and then we will bring in stability trust and protection for you so that these blocks don’t continue to play our in your life holding you back from realising your dreams.

  • Week 2: Sacral Chakra – Awaken your creative flow and reignite passion. Release guilt, rediscover joy, and reconnect with your emotional self. As we explore your creative, sexual and emotional energies. We look into the history of these in your life and heal any wounds that are present, allowing you the embrace the freedom and wonder of your true creative soul

  • Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra – Step into your confidence and personal power. Release self-doubt and reclaim self-confidence & control over your life. We will look at the old stories and belief systems that are here, letting go of all that you have outgrown and all that doesn’t serve you for your highest good, whilst we embrace the authenticity of you and bring you into alignment with your self-worth.

  • Week 4: Heart Chakra – Heal emotional wounds and open yourself to deeper love, compassion, and meaningful connections to self & others. We look at how love has affected your life, self-love, other love. Where are you holding onto the loss of love and the pain from love, as we explore the wonder of the heart chakra. Connecting you back into your Highest Self and the one love your unique soul.

  • Week 5: Throat Chakra – Unblock self-expression and empower your communication. Find your authentic voice and speak your truth with ease. We explore where you have had your voice taken from you, from not being heard or from not being able to speak your own truth. You will learn how to activate your voice with clarity and wisdom, knowing that you are safe to speak your truth as you see fit.

  • Week 6: Third Eye Chakra – Tap into heightened intuition, clarity, and inner wisdom. Trust yourself as you gain a deeper connection to your higher guidance. We explore the ways you already connect with your spiritual self. We remove any doubt around this to allow the flow of higher consciousness to come through you.

  • Week 7: Crown Chakra – Access divine consciousness, spiritual insights, and universal connection to higher energies. We heal your connection to the essence of the DeVine consciousness as you reconnect with this energy and your highest self. Allowing yourself to connect into the wisdom of the universe. This is where you will release all fear about being alone and allow yourself to trust that inner knowing as you reconnect back into the Devine consciousness of life.

  • Week 8: Integration – We will go over everything that has happened in the last 8 weeks, and I will attune your energy to allow it to harmonize and align all your chakras, creating a balanced, empowered, and fully integrated energetic system. Bringing you back into a state of full awareness and Alignment Within.

When you do the deeper work and release all old programs, belief systems, trauma and our pain bodies, we are letting go of old energy that no longer serves us. Which allows us to connect into new cleaner and positive energy, therefore making it easier for you to live in a state of more happiness, harmony and alignment with your truest sense of self. As you let go of the old, you can embrace the new.
